The Hybrid



The ultimate smoker and grill complete with a stick burner for low and slow cooks, a pellet grill for regulated temperature and convenience, and a charcoal grill for live fire cooking. The Hybrid combines a traditional 24 x 48 offset smoker with the addition of a pellet hopper.
