The Volunteer by TMG Pits is the backyard smoker was designed to preserve authentic Texas Style BBQ. The smoker chamber is 52” long by 27” wide and 1/4” thick. The firebox is even thicker at 3/8”, measuring 26” long by 24” wide. This model also features slide out top and bottom grates, as well as folding stack and front shelf. This pit has a 20 week lead time.
Maintenance:
This smoker features a high-temperature clear coat finish that provides lasting protection while allowing it to develop a distinct patina. To further extend the clear coat’s life, we suggest wiping it down regularly with food-grade mineral oil.
